Psych Dimensions is a family-owned psychiatric practice with four locations along the I-35 corridor in Central Texas. We have been serving this region since 2015, and the people who own this practice are the same people treating patients. That is not common in an era of corporate healthcare, and it matters for the kind of care you receive.
We are not a telehealth-only platform. We are not backed by venture capital. We are a group of clinicians who live and work in Central Texas and have built a practice around the belief that good psychiatric care requires genuine human connection, not just a video call and a prescription.
We provide holistic psychiatry and psychotherapy at all four of our Central Texas locations. That means when you come to us, we are not looking at your symptoms in isolation. We are looking at the whole picture, including your lifestyle, your history, your environment, and your goals, before making any clinical recommendations.
Our services include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individual psychotherapy. Therapy and psychiatry are available under the same roof, which means your providers communicate directly and your care is coordinated rather than fragmented.
We offer both in-person appointments at our Georgetown, Waco, San Marcos, and San Antonio locations, and virtual visits for patients who prefer remote care or have difficulty traveling.

We stayed open in person through COVID when many practices moved entirely to telehealth. That decision reflected something core to how we operate. We believe in-person care has a place that virtual care cannot fully replace, and we are committed to being here for patients who need it.
