CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Solution Focused therapy, provided by therapists who coordinate directly with the prescribing team when a patient needs both services.
Including anxiety treatment, depression treatment, and ADHD treatment for patients ages 16 and up.
Including pharmacogenetics and DNA testing, blood work and phlebotomy, urine drug screening and toxicology, epigenetic hair analysis, and EKG.

Every new patient starts with an evaluation, not a predetermined treatment plan. That evaluation typically runs 60 to 90 minutes and covers current symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, medications, family history, and life context.
From there, the clinic builds a plan specific to you. That plan may include medication, therapy, lab testing, or a combination. Because psychiatry and therapy are both available here, patients who need both are not sent to a second provider who has no visibility into the first.
Psych Dimensions treats patients ages 16 and up, including adolescents, adults, and older adults. Patients come from across San Antonio, including the Stone Oak area and North Central San Antonio, along with Bulverde, Schertz, Alamo Heights, and the surrounding Bexar County communities.
Psych Dimensions accepts BCBS, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Curative, Baylor Scott and White Health Plan, Sana, and self pay. Medicare is accepted at this location. The office is open Monday through Thursday until 7pm, and most new patients are seen within a few days of initial contact.
Everyone one is so nice and make you feel comfortable. Service is fast. I have never had to sit in the waiting room very long and I have been going to them for years. All of the providers include you in the treatment plan and really listen to you.
