Therapy for San Antonio patients is provided through telehealth. Our therapists are based at our Georgetown location and specialize in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Solution Focused therapy. Therapists coordinate directly with the San Antonio prescribing team when a patient needs both services.

From there, the team develops a plan specific to your situation. That plan may include medication, therapy, or both working together. Medication management takes place at the San Antonio office, and therapy takes place through telehealth with a Psych Dimensions therapist. Because both providers are part of the same practice, patients who need both are not handed off to an outside provider with no connection to the rest of their care.

Everyone one is so nice and make you feel comfortable. Service is fast. I have never had to sit in the waiting room very long and I have been going to them for years. All of the providers include you in the treatment plan and really listen to you.
